Our team is building an offering that will provide a data integration platform (mostly ETL) and embedded Web-based dashboards to managed care organizations. E.g., a small health plan may use our solution to get data from their core claims system and call center and see interactive dashboards on a website. Our team will do all the connections; the client IT team does not have to do much except grant us access to their data sources/APIs. Our current thinking is to charge for this solution via 1. A one-time professional services fee to set up the cloud-based system per their requirements 2. Ongoing PMPM (per member per month) fee. This fee ties our success to application load and value. Our average client has between 100k and 200k members. Is this a good rubric? Any concerns? What are good ranges for these two components? I realize the true answer is "it depends," but I am looking for reasonable ranges in the market. How would you react to $50k setup and $0.20 PMPM?

I would compare it with Microsoft pages which can be used to build this with power platform and Azure integration to get the data. Power pages charges $2 per user per month. Now if the small health plan provider has such ...read more439 views1 Comment
