Does anyone have a best practice to share how your non-executive Directors (NED) are doing your legal, compliance and ethics trainings? Our legal team wants this to be done via our HRIS which the HR team wants to avoid due to their special agreements and as they’re not employed by us. We prefer to have legal do a general session with them and have them then sign the policies.

As part of our engagement survey that we run globally every 2 years, I was wondering if you are including temporary / agency workers as well or do you only include employees and statement of work contractors?
